Scary Fairy Does Philosophy

We thought it might be more space and time effective to put the Scary Fairy pieces that live in a land of limbo on the same page. They're not quite postcards, not yet. Maybe not ever.

I don't recall ever inviting it, but I try to welcome true and great pain. It comes with an awful, wild cleansing power so when it leaves, I can see clearly the marvels of love and laughter.

Of course, some pain is only embarrassment, frustration or self-pity in disguise.
Those ones waddle their flabby butts directly to the couch and settle right in.
I say be quick to get rid of anything that's got no intention of helping keep your house clean.

Oh sure, I have a lot of flaws. I just don't see any reason to try and fix them. That time is better spent working on my good points.

They have a much better chance of making this world a little more exciting.
